The Messenger can be found directly in the main menu. It allows you to get in touch with customers to clarify open questions.

As soon as you have received a request, you can open the chat by clicking on the three points at the top right of the request (it's is also possible for orders). Now you can share text, pictures or videos with the customer. The customer gets an email as soon as you start a chat with him. Customers can also start to open a chat once they sent a request.
